Booking fee

All booking fees with us are final and none-refundable. Up to 72 hours before your appointment we can rescheduele you.

However, this can only be done once, after you will be unable to reschedule again. In the circumstance of cancellation of the booking fee by the operator, the booking fee will remain property of the operator and carried forward to a future appointment.

ID Policy

At Wildcard Collective we specialize in a range of piercings from nose to tragus, and everything in between. We use only the best materials and tools and our piercers are experienced and knowledgeable.

Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, so we take extra care when it comes to clients under the age of 16. We require parental/guardian consent, and for this we need the client's birth certificate as well as the parent/guardian's passport or birth certificate. So come visit us and let us make your piercing dreams come true

We also take pride in our strict age policy - if you look under 21, you will be asked to provide a valid ID - so please bring it with you. In order to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we have an ID policy in place. This policy must be followed, otherwise, no refunds will be given and you will not be rebooked.

Jewellery policy

The integrity of all jewellery sold by our studio is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing faults for life.
In the event an item of jewellery has experienced breakage, the client may arrange to return the jewellery to the studio for inspection and potential replacement or repair.
If the jewellery is damaged as a result of a manufacturing fault there will be no charge to the client for replacement or repair where possible, the client may however, be liable for any shipping fees in this circumstance.
Lifetime guarantee does not cover jewellery lost, stolen or damaged through mishandling. If on inspection an item has been damaged as a result of mishandling the jewellery manufacturer may still be able to repair or replace the item for a charge.

Late policy

At Wildcard Collective, we specialize in providing professional, safe and clean piercing services. Our team of highly experienced and passionate piercers will ensure that everything from your initial consultation to your aftercare is taken care of with the utmost care and attention. We take great pride in our work and strive to ensure that all of our customers leave feeling confident and beautiful in their new piercings.

We take punctuality very seriously and ask that all customers arrive on time for their appointment. If you arrive late (10), we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and the booking fee will not be refunded. We look forward to seeing you in the studio
