Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy: We understand the importance of your time and the need for efficient scheduling. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients and maintain the quality of our services, we have established the following cancellation and late arrival policy: Cancellation Due to Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late and we are unable to accommodate your full appointment, it will be considered a late cancellation, and no refund will be provided. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request based on availability.
